What is a Panel PC?

A Panel PC is an industrial-grade computer with an integrated touchscreen display, designed for demanding environments like manufacturing, medical settings, and vehicles.

What are the advantages of Panel PCs?

Panel PCs combine space-saving design, fanless operation, easy cleaning, rugged housing, and flexible mounting. They are ideal for 24/7 operation in tough environments.

What display sizes are available?

We offer screen sizes ranging from 7" to 24", depending on the application and space requirements.

Which processors are used?

Our systems are available with Intel Celeron, Atom, and Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs, depending on performance needs.

Which operating systems are supported?

Supported OS include Windows 10/11 IoT, various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian), and in some cases Android. Pre-installed OS is available upon request.

Can RAM and SSD be configured?

Yes. Depending on the model, RAM and storage (SSD/HDD) can be selected or upgraded individually.

What mounting options are available?

VESA, panel-mount, and rack-mount options are supported. We also offer mounting arms, brackets, and stainless installation frames.

Are the devices waterproof or dustproof?

Many models feature IP65/IP66 protection at the front, suitable for production lines, outdoor use, or food processing areas.

Are stainless steel housings available?

Yes, fully sealed stainless steel housings with IP69K are available for hygienic applications in food and pharma industries.

How long is the delivery time?

Standard models are typically in stock (2–4 business days). Customized configurations require about 2–3 weeks.

Is there a warranty?

All devices come with a 24-month warranty. Extensions up to 5 years are available upon request.

Who can assist with technical questions?

Our in-house support team is available via phone or email. Repairs and RMA handling are managed in our German service center.

Can Panel PCs be customized?

Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services such as case modifications, branding, special interfaces, or BIOS configurations.

Is long-term support available?

Yes. For industrial applications, we offer product continuity and component availability for multiple years.

What touch technologies are available?

We offer resistive and projected capacitive (PCAP) touchscreens. PCAP allows for multi-touch and offers high durability and clarity.

Which interfaces are available?

Depending on the model: USB, RS232/RS485, LAN, HDMI, DisplayPort, GPIO, CAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and optional PoE (Power over Ethernet).

Do you offer matching accessories?

Yes. We provide power supplies, protective foils, mounting kits, touch pens, hygienic keyboards, and more.

What power supply options exist?

Standard input is 12–24 V DC. On request, 110/230 V AC and PoE (Power over Ethernet) are also available.

Do you ship to other European countries?

Yes. We ship EU-wide via DHL, UPS, or freight forwarding. Please contact us for a quote including shipping costs.
